Colleagues from Ambulance Medical Services (AMS), ECON Healthcare and Orange Valley Nursing Homes came together for One Aged Care’s inaugural townhall. The gathering marked an important milestone as we began shaping our shared future.

During the townhall, Group CEO Ms Ong Hui Ming shared her vision for One Aged Care. She highlighted the importance of a strong culture of care, shared purpose and unified values. She also reaffirmed our commitment to creating a workplace where colleagues feel valued, supported and empowered to grow.

Our vision extends beyond our organisation. We aim to build a trusted and compassionate community of care with our partners, residents, seniors and their families.

At One Aged Care, we are united by our purpose of caring for life and bringing care that truly matters. We believe that care begins with people caring for people. Across the care continuum, we strive to advance the health and quality of life of seniors and their families.

The townhall also gave colleagues from the three brands a chance to connect and build new relationships. Through group activities and shared moments of laughter, our teams strengthened their bonds and developed a greater sense of belonging.

The inaugural townhall marked the beginning of a shared journey. As we move forward, we will continue building a connected organisation grounded in common values and purpose.
